Donatella Erdas graduated in Classics at the University of Pisa. In 2001 she obtained her PhD in Ancient History at the University of Roma Tor Vergata. For many years she has been carrying on her research and teaching support at the Scuola Normale Superiore, where, since 2008 she has been working at the Laboratorio di Scienze dell’Antichità.
Her research interests are in Greek fragmentary historiography, economic history of the Greek world from a legal, epigraphic and papyrologic point of view, and classical archaeology.
